1. What types of wigs does Mixxcloset offer? We offer a wide variety of premium wigs, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your wig is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn wigs in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Wigs that have been worn, cut, styled, or altered are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If your wig arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours.

6. Are your wigs natural-looking and comfortable? Yes! We focus on realistic hairlines, soft textures, adjustable straps, and breathable caps. Many styles feature pre-plucked hairlines and baby hairs for a natural appearance. Most wigs are lightweight and designed for all-day comfortable wear.

7. How do I care for my wig?

  • Gently wash with wig shampoo and conditioner.
  • Air dry on a wig stand; avoid excessive heat unless using heat-safe human hair.
  • Store on a wig stand or in the original packaging when not in use.
  • Brush with a wide-tooth comb or wig brush only. Specific care instructions are included with each wig.
